DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT & DISTRIBUTION SERVICES Document Management: Any documents or drawings can be stored at our facility. Drawings can be scanned and stored electronically, allowing any printing to be ordered by phone or fax. Scanned and stored drawings can be held for as long as required. This also allows for convenient drawing changes to be applied to the set. Specifications can also be held on file. A make ready set can be made, or the originals can be filed, also allowing for print on demand requests, by phone, fax, or e-mail. Files can now be uploaded through our File Upload Center. You can keep your projects seperate and request services for any files you upload. For files exceeding 24MB in size, we will gladly give you access to Horizon's FTP site. Quality Control: A quality product will be held at the highest regard at all times. Every set of drawings and every set of specifications will be checked page by page to assure order and index accuracy. This will not only take place prior to any printing, but also during printing as to make certain every set of prints has been quality checked before it leaves the door. The customer will be called immediately if we need clarification on any issue. Distribution / Courier Services: We have partnered with an efficient and professional local courier company. Together we will handle all incoming and out going deliveries across the entire metro area. For bid set distribution, we will coordinate all drawings to be delivered, or for any out of town deliveries, all shipping will be handled. Our facility can be used as a hub for documents to be picked up, delivered, or shipped, and records kept of all transactions. We will ship out of town and deliver locally using the most cost effective means possible. Pick up and delivery to our account customers may have a minimal fee. iSqFT Service: Horizon Reprographics will scan any project, both drawings and specification and upload directly to the iSqFT Ftp site. We have a preferred partnership with iSqFT, which allows this excellent new way to service our construction partners. Your projects can be to iSqFT within minutes of our upload, and the iSqFT staff will then place those documents in your private site. - more info -
